Indigo Valley
is my first soloalbum and it features my own compositions inspired
by norwegian traditional music, calypso and jazz, here are some
samples. With me is Tord Gustavsen, piano, Ingar Sach, drums and
aasmund Reistad, bass and guitar:

A dance tune inspired by calypso, the classic tune La Bamba and

Dedicated to the first woman that became bishop in Norway Rosemarie
Køhn, often called Rose. She is also the bishop of Gudbrandsdalen,
the valley of my favourite norwegian folk music. Played and recorded
by Chateau Neuf Spelemannslag on "Stolen Goods" (North
Side )/ "Tjuvgods" (Grappa ), but this is a live recording
from Rudolstadt Tanz und Folk Fest 1996.
